Sleepy
I've had some odd dreams lately. I don't usually dream of people dying, but my aunt was dead in one of my more recent dreams, killed I don't remember how, but I remember that my mom told me the news as if she was surprised I hadn't heard yet. This rang wrong, since my mom would be devastated if her sister died.
Dreamed of working at various businesses, none my own, and the strange things I had to do to keep my job. Weird office politics.
Dreamed of wildly divergent worlds, operating under different conditions and rules than the ones ours uses, and yet frighteningly similar in color, shape and taste.
As usual, I can't remember the substance of any of these strange dreams for more than a few minutes after I wake. It feels like a protection mechanism, ensuring we won't get stuck in one of these alternate worlds and end up wandering the streets, mistaken for crazy and unable to explain ourselves.
