You know, the number for this entry reminds me of something: 438-8873. That's my first phone number, the one I had when I was <9, living in Lake Zurich, Illinois, with my family. I still remember it nearly 20 years later.
It's funny how memory works, isn't it? You can remember a thing like that -- I don't remember our address, but the phone number's clear -- and not be able to recall what you had to drink with breakfast the day before, or what time the meeting is this afternoon.

526-1227. That was my Dad's phone number in Barrington. I'll never forget it. Maybe it has something to do with wierd organizational structures of the brain??

Yeah, I've lived lots of places, so many in fact that my mom would often quiz us to my aunt's number because it woudln't change and we could have a constant. 474-1888. Haven't called it in well over 20 years, but I remember it.
